Text handling facilities at different levels are extensive. The system includes extensive statistical reports of client demographic profiles. The statistical reports may be produced for any cross-tabulation of client data based on either current or historical data. Integration of the modules enables statistical reports to be produced for any single or group of services. The system will produce the User Characteristics and Output Purchasing Collection reports. All modules can be installed multiple times under different names to cater for different aspects of the service such as different distribution points or subsidised and full cost services. Most of the customisation is done via parameters allowing users to make changes for new or amended operation procedures. The system has a central client database, common client information is easily entered or corrected via any service for the client, thus accurate client information is maintained. Households are recorded on the system, client and non-client members of the household may be recorded. A complete history of services is recorded, this is accessible via the enquiry facility either from the client or caregiver viewpoint. Access to the system is password secured, users can have different levels of access for each service. Each service includes client and caregiver enquiry facilities.
