- System caters for different service types, including General Home Care,
Personal Care, Respite Care and Linkages.
- The system caters for teams, clients and caregivers may be assigned to
teams. Reports and rosters may be produced by team.
- Multiple systems can be created. This may be used in a variety of ways,
for example to cater for different programs with different charging and
reporting requirements.
- Rosters may commence on any day of the week.
- Extensive reports are provided to assist with the rostering of clients
to caregivers.
- Three rosters are maintained by the system :
- A Master or Regular roster of Caregiver activities (client and non-client) may be recorded either on a weekly or fortnightly basis.
- An occasional or daily roster of the activities expected for the following week.
- Actual services and activities recorded by the timesheet entry program.
- Client and non-client activities, such as travel time and training, may be
recorded on the rosters.
- The system is normally integrated with the Payroll and Sundry debtors
systems, transaction files produced by the Sharikat system are directly
transferable to these systems.
- An Automatic Award Interpreter can be built into the system.
