  • System caters for the recording and reporting of different types of support services.

  • Multiple systems can be created. This may be used in a variety of ways, for example : to cater for different programs with different charging and reporting requirements.

  • The system may be directly linked with the Community Bus system.

  • The system caters for teams. Clients and volunteers may be assigned to teams. Reports and rosters may be produces by teams.

  • Rosters may commence on any day of the week.

  • Extensive reports are provided to assist with the rostering of clients to volunteers.

  • Two rosters are maintained by the system :
    • A Master or Regular roster of Volunteer activities (client and non-client) may be recorded either on a weekly or fortnightly basis.
    • An occasional or daily roster of the expected and actual activities is recorded.

  • Client and non-client activities such as travel time and training, may be recorded on the rosters.

  • Extensive statistical, client and service detail reports are provided.

  • Visits, phone calls, reviews and contacts with the volunteers may be recorded and reported.
