- Clients are recorded in a separate module to HACC services, this
facilitates the separate reporting of Veterans Home Care services from
other services.
- This module is compatible with Phase I and Phase II assessments.
The following services are recorded:
- Domestic Assistance
- Personal Care
- Respite Care
- Home Maintenance
- Client Charge facility
- This will note the co-payment requirements, clients will only be charged up to the co-payment amount.
- Claim report
- This report facilitates claiming for Veterans Home Care service hours delivered. The report also calculates the total and net value of the claim.
