- The system is designed to record youth services clients and to produce
reports to aid the management of the program.
- In addition to the standard client information recorded by the Sharikat system, the
following information is recorded for the clients of the program:
- Statutory and employment status
- Family Situation
- Reason(s) for contact
- The system records contacts made with the clients.
- Statistics of client contacts may be produced for any period.
- The central name and address register can be set up so that clients recorded
on the Youth Services module will not be visible on other modules of the
system.
- The system includes all the standard Community Services System features
including enquiries and the extensive client demographic profile reports.
